On June 3rd, Colorado Senator Abel Tapia, Jr. joined Total Longterm Care (TLC) and Seniors Inc. in celebration of the grand opening of both programs in Pueblo. TLC and Seniors Inc. are two innovative programs that provide services to help seniors in Pueblo age independently.
