TBG client, CommonGround Colorado, recently held their lively CommonGround Conversation Dinner. The grassroots movement CommonGround aims to foster dialogue between female farmers and the female consumers making decisions about which foods to buy.
Danell Kalcevic is a CommonGround volunteer as well as the office manager and safety director for Bennett-based Kalcevic Farms Inc. – a fourth-generation family farm that raises millet, sunflowers, 300 head of cattle, and most importantly, wheat. Kalcevic’s stories of her wheat crop, featured in 5280 Magazine, provide insight that the average grocery shopper might appreciate.
