First Annual Farm to Fork



Colorado Ag Day 2012

The Bawmann Group was happy to help the Colorado Egg Producers (CEP), the American Culinary Federation Colorado Chefs Association (ACFCCA) and the Colorado Agriculture Council celebrate Colorado Agriculture Day with the first annual Farm to Fork Culinary Competition. As a part of National Agriculture Week, this event was designed to highlight agriculture’s value to Colorado’s economy, emphasize the importance of buying local and share agriculture’s bounty with those in need. The Council and other friends of agriculture presented an in-kind and financial donation of more than $95,000 to Food Bank of the Rockies.
