As one of 27 fatherhood programs funded by the Colorado Promoting Responsible Fatherhood Initiative, the Road Called STRATE provides support to fathers who are incarcerated or recently released from prison. Because of his participation in the program, Mike Irby will spend this Christmas with his four children.
